Okay where should I start?!?!... My name is Kina and I’m a 30 year old mother of 2 wonderful kids I truly adore and I work FULL-TIME. I simply adore my family sort of almost love my job but all this takes up so much time in my day I don’t get to exercise as I should and on top of that the constant rush from work always busy 99.9% of the time and traveling from work to home takes up so much of my day that I don’t allow myself to eat properly I grab whatever is quick and ready and normally it’s something unhealthy.
I have been struggling with weight loss MOST of my life, I have overall yo-yoed with my weight going up in down but I need to take better control of it all. I think this journey is more about me balancing out my home vs. work life and finding a median where I can work-out regularly and also eat right not just for myself but also for my kids. I need to start teaching them good eating habits or they too will be on the same path as myself. Although this is a tough change I honestly feel that I am ready for it, well I always felt as if I was ready to change but I am really going to try to put 100% into making these changes work for me because it’s so HARD and living @ this size is only going to bring me down mentally and physically. I am a HUGE soda drinker (especially Pepsi) and I have never went more than a day or so if that without soda but yet I don’t drink water daily AT ALL!!!!! I am going to do an overhaul on EVERYTHING I currently have going on in my life.
Good Luck to me and I will list below my goals for this first month because I know this will be a struggle but I have a feeling if I can get through the first 30 days the rest should be a walk in the park. Each month I will make 5 realistic goals to accomplish.
· Consume two 12oz. bottles of water per day
· Low-Carb how protein foods
· Minimum of 90 minutes of cardio @ least 5 days per week
· Limit myself to one 12oz. can of soda per day (down from the 3-4 I would usually consume)
· NO CANDY
